  Don't waste your time with CFHE there are two much better options just around the corner. The coaches have minimal qualifications (most have TAFE certifications only) and the programming is average at best. I have actually overheard a senior coach discussing how he will put a certain exercise in the next days programming because he wants to come first in the WOD...
  
  I met some good and friendly people at this box, but the culture is such that everyone is encouraged to finish workouts as fast a possible and at a prescribed RX weight (same RX prescribed weight for every male/female). There is very little focus on proper form and strength and much more on "WODing till you drop" every single day. This is probably the main reason why there is a large turnover of members and plenty of injuries at this box. I have been put into situations where I was strongly encouraged to lift "recommended' weight when this was clearly above my ability. I have also seen have other people being pretty much forced to lift heavy with bad form.
  
  The fact that the staff including the general manager need to post positive reviews (below) to promote the business should tell you all you need to know how great this business really is.
